Agent guide
What is useful to know before you join.
Checklist: from joining to contract
- Prepare a copy of your foreign-patient referral registration certificate and your business registration certificate. (If you do not have the referral registration certificate or a Korean business registration certificate, contact the administrator separately.)
- Summarize your countries, specialties, main procedures, languages and desired fee.
- After you apply, our team checks your registration; once approved you become eligible for matching.
- Accept a proposal, review the contract and sign it electronically.
How to read your match score
- If your countries and specialties do not overlap at all, you are excluded regardless of score.
- A higher monthly number of confirmed bookings and total treatment cost works in your favor.
- A lower fee rate, faster replies and no rule violations all work in your favor.
Fees and settlement flow
- Fee rates and settlement terms are written in the contract schedule and may differ by hospital.
- If a hospital deducts materials or sedation costs, the rate is applied to the amount after deductions.
- Each settlement comes with a statement showing the base amount per customer and any deductions.
